2024 Epic Systems Salary Survey Report
Epic Systems offers an integrated suite of health care software supporting functions related to patient care, including registration and scheduling; clinical systems for doctors, nurses, emergency personnel and other care providers; systems for technicians, pharmacists, and radiologists; and billing systems for insurers. Government mandates for the electronic health records has helped build Epic into a $2 billion company.
The 2024 Epic Systems Salary Survey is the only comprehensive, quarterly-updated independent national salary survey of Epic Systems professionals in the United States. Included are 108 pages of detailed long-form job descriptions plus Excel format data tables reporting pay in 55 cities for 28,397 full time Epic Systems professionals in 389 hospitals and healthcare systems that have chosen Epic as their EMR vendor. These organizations employ between 30 to 498 F/T Epic professionals in our demographic sampling.
There is no self-reporting: Foote Partners highly specialized proprietary compensation methodology has, since 1997, set the highest bar in the industry for accuracy and statistical validation and has been used to collect data directly from company HR departments for this salary survey.
